At HairComesAri, we prioritize your satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your prosthetic wig, we have a straightforward returns and exchange policy in place. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and offer a hassle-free process for returns and exchanges.
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your prosthetic wig, and our return & exchange policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind.

Please select carefully because on custom hairpieces we do not offer an exchange or refund. Unfortunately, unless there is a manufacturing fault, we cannot issue refunds.

Stock Hairpiece Returns must be received in original package with all sent items - including gift items. Return (RTN) numbers should be written on the outside of original packaging. Refunds can take from 7 to 10 business days depending on refund type. Refunds are processed as they were received (i.e. if you leave a $500 deposit using your credit card we will refund $500 to the credit card used to leave your deposit. If you pay by cash, check or money order a check in the refund amount will be mailed to you.) Constructing a hairpiece can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours or up to 96 hours depending on the tier, hair and base materials used. 20%-50% restocking fee covers part of the expenses used to construct your hairpiece. Sorry no refunds for all discounted or sale units. Revisions and store credit only.
