Virtual Consultation to discuss photos, best options, and specifics. For ready-made orders, your order will be shipped within 10 business days.

For custom orders: An order form and mold making kit will be mailed, and measuring instructions will be emailed. Alternatively, an in-person consultation can be conducted at one of our facilities or with our salon partners. Your consultation fee will be deducted from the total cost of your hair system.  A 50% deposit is collected via bank wire or online invoice.

Hair System Coverage Process for Our Insured Customers:
1. Order Submission: The insured submits an order for a hair system through our approved channels. We then review the order for medical necessity and policy coverage.
2. Approval Process: Approvals can take from 10 to 30 business days depending on insurance carrier.
3. Customer Responsibility: The insured is responsible for covering their deductible, if applicable. Also, any co-insurance or co-pays as specified in their policy will also apply.
4. Follow-up: We provide instructions to the insured on when they will receive their hair system. Our customer service team remains available for any questions or concerns.

Most insurance companies will cover 80% to 100% of the fee for medically-induced hair loss purposes. Also benefits from SAM, HASA or FSA can be used to purchase a medical wig.
